Committed to the love and passion of one beautiful Olympic sport.
Texas Rhythmic Academy is committed to sharing our love and passion for rhythmic gymnastics — an amazing, beautiful Olympic sport — with the families of North Texas.
Our goal is to inspire, motivate, and encourage a love for the sport, and to nurture young girls into confident, strong, talented, and beautiful rhythmic gymnasts through careful guidance, respectful encouragement, and the highest standards.
02Philosophy
We respect every child's stage of development.
TRA offers programs appropriate to each child's personal athletic development stage, age, interest, and ability level — at both recreational and competitive levels.
Every athlete on our floor — from the four-year-old learning to point her toes to the FIG gymnast refining a Dallas Cup routine — is coached with attention to her mental and physical developmental stage as she progresses in the sport and achieves her potential.
03Coaches
Led by world-class coaches with Olympic-tier credentials.
Our head coach, Tatiana Kartseva, brings forty-five years in rhythmic gymnastics, the USSR “Master of Sport” distinction, an International FIG Brevet judging certification, and thirty-five years of coaching — including five former National Team members and over fifty Junior Olympics qualifiers.
Alongside her, Nastia Kartseva builds the routines and judges nationally for USAG. Together they coach a roster from Little Stars to FIG — the same lineage, every day.
04Where
Allen, Texas — serving the wider DFW.
Our gym is in Allen, Texas. We serve families across Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Allen, and McKinney — the wider DFW rhythmic community.
If you are within reach of the Dallas North Tollway or US-75, you are within reach of our floor.
